REFLECTIVE LEADERSHIP INFORMED BY REFLECTIVE LIVING

CLRI(NSW) is pleased to offer REFLECTIVE LEADERSHIP INFORMED BY REFLECTIVE LIVING with Dr George Bilotta from Formation Consultation Services in the United States
at Good Samaritan Centre, Glebe
Tuesday February 1 to Thursday February 3, 2011.
January 2011 will mark George's eighth trip to Australia within the past six years. His Australian trips have him working along with many religious communities, as well as individual leaders and formators throughout Australia.
Concerning the leadership area, in 1996 George and his brother Vinnie began researching, designing, testing, and today they continue to hone effective and practical ways of assuming leadership that is informed by reflective living. From the perspective that all religious and clergy are leaders, no matter their position or age, reflective leadership dispositions make a significant difference for a leader who desires to lead with effectiveness but also with peace of mind. George fosters leadership formation with individual leaders and leadership teams by focusing on the rebalancing of a leader’s self-interest-ego strivings.
Earlier this year CLRI(NSW) offered two very successful and well-received programs with George:
- a three day formation workshop at Glebe and
- a three week formation program/mini-sabbatical at Wangi Wangi.
The first of the three week programs for 2011 is already fully-subscribed.
Please book early to secure your place/s.
